You got online determined to find fat loss tips today, right? I always recommend that people buy shakeology, as I truly believe good nutrition is the foundation of your health, even more than exercise.   1. Change the way you think about food-it’s not a friend, security blanket or crutch.  It’s a tool, and without the right tools, your new building won’t get built, period. It’s funny, I’ve heard people talk about a shakeology scam, but the real scam is that you don’t have to change what you’re doing to get a different result.

  3. Stop eating whatever you want whenever you want to-losing fat takes discipline. I recommend you look into replacing at least one meal per day, and this is one of the best meal replacement shakes for weight loss I’ve ever come across.
  4. Stop not eating all day, then eating one BIG meal-this is the easiest way to pile on the pounds, not take them off. Seems counter intuitive, but I’ve watched several people fall victim to this one.
  5. Drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water every day-how many times must you hear that one before you actually do it?  IT WORKS!!
