Selection Process For Beachbody Coaches

Here’s the bad news, though-I am very selective about who I will and will not work with in my beachbody coach business.  I’ll be 100% upfront with you, not all beachbody coaches run their business this way.  So if you’re interested in becoming a beachbody coach on a team with a 100% open door policy, I will be more than happy to point you in that direction.

I believe in treating people like adults, and with respect.  It’s my philosophy to let people know up front what they can expect from working with me, and let them make the decision of whether they want to pursue that course of action or not.  I’m not going to try and pitch you on becoming a beachbody coach, because honestly, if I have to sell you on joining today, I’ll have to sell you for your entire time with our team.

I do want you to understand, though, that when I’m speaking about qualifications, I’m not talking about degrees, education, certifications or anything like that.  Whether you’re a ditch digger, or a doctor, whether you’ve been to Yale or jail, it’s possible that you have what it takes to be our next beachbody coach success story.
