Shakeology Cleanse FAQ

1. How do I start the Shakeology Cleanse?
Follow the directions on the following post: Shakeology Cleanse

Shakeology Cleanse FAQ2. How many calories should I eat per day?
Your diet for the shakeology cleanse should be 800 to 1,100 calories per day. Obviously, this is not one of those fat loss tips you can follow for ANY LONGER than the 3 days of the cleanse, to jump start your metabolism.

3. How often can I do the Shakeology 3-Day Cleanse?
Ideally, you should do it once per quarter (every 3 months), OR:
-As the seasons change
-Before starting a new workout program
-When you feel you need help breaking through a plateau.
However, if you just want to enjoy one of the best meal replacement shakes for weight loss on a daily basis, just click here.

4. Should/Can I still do my workouts during the Cleanse?
Depends on the individual, but generally yes, you should continue to exercise during the Shakeology cleanse. You’ll have less energy than normal, so consider doing it during a recovery week. Additionally, please strongly consider NOT doing the cleanse if you are currently using P90X®, TurboFire® or INSANITY®.

5. Can I do a 1-day or a 2-day cleanse instead of a 3-day?
Yes! Some people will see results with one or two days.  We STRONGLY recommend against continuing the cleanse for more than three days.

6. Should/Can I take other Beachbody® supplements during the Cleanse?
The only supplement I would give a definite no to is the Results and Recovery Formula™, because it contains too much sugar and a pretty high calorie count.  Any of the other supplements will not be necessary, but they won’t won’t hurt either.

7. How much does the shakeology cleanse Cost?

I am one of the few Team Beachbody coaches online that you can buy shakeology cleanse packs from, without having to purchase a full box.  For a 3 Day Cleanse, the price is $51.56 (this includes shipping.  Keep in mind, though, that you will not get the same 30 day guarantee you would for ordering a full supply from my website.  But if your major concern is the shakeology price, then you can click the link to buy shakeology cleanse packs.

Shakeology Cleanse Explained

What is the Shakeology Cleanse?

Shakeology Cleanse Explained The shakeology cleanse is something being discussed in many circles, yet so many people still have no idea exactly what it is. With so many cleanse products available on the market today, it’s very important to highlight what makes this cleanse different from the rest. There’s no shakeology scam going on here, just truth about one of the best products to hit the marketplace in a very long time. In fact, here’s a link to a wonderful Shakeology cleanse faq.

The most glaring difference between the Shakeology cleanse and most other products out their is that it’s not weird. You don’t have to ingest some strange concoction of lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper, or anything crazy like that. For the most part, you will consume meals on the same basic schedule you would normally follow, with lower caloric intake and the best meal replacement shakes for weight loss substituting in.

The Shakeology cleanse is much different than a traditional cleanse. While most cleanses restrict both calories and nutritional value, this program is a calorie restricted but nutrient rich one. This is greatly important, because you will be able to continue with or begin your workout program while going through this cleanse, while with most others available on the market, you’re not receiving enough nutrition to maintain an exercise regimen. What is Shakeology? It’s a nutrient bath for your insides!

It should be said, though, that the Shakeology cleanse was NOT meant to be used if you are in the middle of using an intense workout program, such as Insanity, P90X or Turbo Fire. If you’re currently following a workout program, the optimum time for the cleanse is during your recovery phase.

How Does the shakeology cleanse Work?

Shakeology Cleanse ExplainedDepending on your goals for the Shakeology cleanse, you’ll be eating frequently, and consuming between 800 and 1,200 calories per day. If you need to you can eat more, but staying within that range will give you optimal results. I think you’ll find this information to be fairly consistent in any Shakeology review you happen to come across.

The point of the Shakeology cleanse is not calorie restriction, but nutrient efficiency. You want to get the most nutrients possible into the fewest number of calories. This program is structured to put all of these calories to use as a part of your exercise regimen, rid your body of undigested foods and toxins, and stabilize your body’s hydration level. Have you found other fat loss tips online that help you understand how they work, to this great a level of detail?

The Shakeology cleanse is NOT a weight loss program, though this has been a great added benefit for many of our clients. Again, the goal here is for your body to run more efficiently, while still maintaining an exercise plan.

While doing the Shakeology cleanse, it’s important to remember that water is your friend. That bloat feeling you may have is more than likely caused by a lack of water in your body, and far too much sodium in it. To bring your system back into balance, increased water intake is essential, not just recommended.

Eliminate processed foods, sodas, alcohols, juices completely during the Shakeology cleanse. Really, you should try to eliminate processed foods from your diet altogether, but let’s take this thing one step at a time. Replace your normal intake of those other liquids with water, and you’ll be surprised at how much of an impact that has on your cleanse.

Coffee and tea, which are diuretics, should be minimized during the Shakeology cleanse, and eliminated if possible. Again, performance is the key, so if you need a cup of coffee, drink one. Just use only as needed, and don’t use additives. Eliminate sugar and chemicals as much as possible, also. However, do not replace sugary drinks for ones with artificial sweeteners.

Coffee drinkers may find that switching to black tea during a Shakeology cleanse will give you the energy you’re looking for with less gastric complications. Coffee’s acidic nature can negatively impact your cleanse.

During the Shakeology cleanse, it’s recommended to keep your shakes to just Shakeology, without adding fruits of any kind, or seeds (for fat and fiber), or the Shakeology Fiber supplement. Again, though, use your best judgment in doing what will allow you to stick to the cleanse for all three days.

Your one daily solid meal throughout the Shakeology cleanse is a salad. As we all know from any salad bar, the ingredients of a salad can vary. The goal of the salad in the plan is to keep your calories coming from natural sources (no artificial ingredients should be added, including artificial salad dressing). Aside from that, you can add ingredients as necessary. Keep your meat intake to four ounces or less, but add vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits, and legumes in quantities to satisfy your hunger.
